Dirk Caber and Jesse Jackman are two world famous gay porn stars, and during their last trip to Oz we realised they're fantastic educators too! They sold out several classes at Eagle Leather brought to you by the crew at Down an' Dirty, and so we were incredibly excited when they told us they were coming back for more!
We're proud to announce that Dirk Caber will be presenting three workshops in Melbourne in March 2017 in collaboration with Eagle Leather. Tickets are on sale now!

Date and Time: 5:00pm, Monday 13th March
Price: $15 Per Person
Venue: Eagle Leather, 80 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford Victoria 3067
More than just taking out your aggression on a willing submissive, impact play covers a tremendously broad range of sensations and activities.
From the intimacy of skin-to-skin contact when using your hands to the power of a substantial flogger, from the thud of a leather strap to the intense localized sting of a cane, and from the sheer variety of options available among floggers and flails, learn how to make the most of whatever tools you choose, how to vary the intensity and the sensation, and how to build the experience for the sub most effectively so he lasts longer and can go further.
We'll also look into sensation management and processing for the recipient of these blows, and how to communicate between partners what the other is feeling.
This seminar/workshop is limited to 40 people, bookings are required. This workshop will be approximately 1 hour duration.
Date and Time: 7:00pm, Monday 13th March
Price: $15 Per Person
Venue: Eagle Leather, 80 Hoddle Street, Abbotsford Victoria 3067
So why exactly do we put ourselves and each other through these rather extraordinary circumstances for the sake of connection, to express affection, or to engage our lust?
What makes BDSM--the sensation, the power and submission, and perhaps ultimately the sex--something we crave when it obviously doesn't interest so many outside the BDSM circles? Why do we often set aside our notion of "self" in favor of another persona, or even another species? And just why does the BDSM community make such comparatively tight-knit friendships and (often highly diverse) family units? Thinking the answer lies in our willingness to explore a deeper attachment and connection to each other, we'll discuss our experiences, insights, and intuitions. There is no one answer to any of these questions, but as we talk, hopefully we will all broaden our individual conclusions.
This seminar/workshop is limited to 40 people, bookings are required. This workshop will be approximately 1 hour duration.
Date and Time: 7:00pm, Tuesday 14th March
Price: $15 Per Person
Venue: Club 80, 10 Peel Street, Collingwood Victoria 3066 (MEN ONLY)
We all know a bit about candle wax, and who hasn’t incorporated a bit of ice into their play? But there are so many more devices and devious means of stimulating and tormenting a sub than just these.
We’ll talk about simple methods using items you probably have around the apartment—soda cans to things in your medicine cabinet—to far more elaborate and advanced techniques—incense cones to flash cotton and alcohol. We’ll talk about means of using perceptions of temperature to enhance a few other SM techniques. We'll talk about things you don't want to try. And as we are dealing with a set of practices which carry the possibility of burns or other bodily harm, we’ll discuss precautionary safety concerns, first aid, and emergency management, knowledge which hopefully you’ll never need to be glad you know.
This seminar/workshop is limited to 40 people, bookings are required. This workshop will be approximately 1 hour duration.
